Mr. S.K Jain

MR. S.K JAIN with a Masters in Psychology and a course in advanced Management from IIM Lucknow, is a result driven Human Resource Consultant with an excellent track record of more than 40 years in the field of HR management, personnel management, recruitment and team building.

He carries a rich experience working in the corporate, private as well as in the public Sector.  Being widely travelled in India and abroad, and visited countries such as UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Nepal and Ireland.

His proficiency in all the areas of HR-Management and HR-Development contributed to organizational growth.  He is a result oriented self driven professional with a successful career in the oil industry; resulting in an excellent in-depth understanding of Human Resource policy, strategy and implementation.

He possesses understanding of HRM and organizational development having a strong track record of improving processes & procedures. He has demonstrated aptitude in meeting organizational goals and objectives, to cater to a variety of timelines in constantly changing environments. He is skilled at developing and executing initiatives that drive organizational growth leading to a, long-term relationships with team-members, as well as organizations as a whole.

Lecturing and coaching sessions for ONGC GT Batch and NET examination as well as a visiting faculty for a few University in Dehradun; he has been able to build up a high level of trust, confidence and understanding with his participants.

DR. ALOK JOSHI

Mr. Alok Joshi is a seasoned management professional with over 32 years of distinguished experience in Human Resource Management, Marketing and International Business Development, complemented by a rich multi-cultural and global exposure. Known for his dynamic leadership and cross-functional expertise, he ahs server in key HR roles across India, Africa, China and the Middle East.

After beginning his career as a probationer in the Indian Civil Services, Mr. Joshi joined ONGC in  1985, where he made significant contributions across various leadership roles for over two decades. Notably, from 2003 to 2006, he represented ONGC as Head-HRD in Greater Nile Petroleum Corporation (GNPOC), Sudan–a multinational upstream oil company. He later led HR operations for Mumbai High Asset, one of ONGC”s flagship assets.

In 2007, Mr. Joshi transitioned to China, where he spent 12 years as an International consultant to major Chinese national oil companies, including PetroChina and SINOPEC, and briefly served in Abu Dhabi with CNPC. He was Director (HR & Marketing) with CNPC from 2012-2016, From 2027-2019, he worked with Berlitz China, training corporate clients like Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, Siemens, Shiseido, Pfizer and Bayer in leadership and soft skills.

A certified life and execution coach, Mr. Joshi is also an acclaimed author, motivational speaker. His memoir “Twelve Sweet & Sour Years in China: True Stories of an Indian” has received wide appreciations . With three Books and over 100 published articles to his credit, he continues to contribute thought leadership in HR and personal development.

Mr. Joshi holds an MBA from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia (UN Fellowship) and a Gold Medalist M.A. in English Literature and Linguistics from Punjab University, Chandigarh. His areas of expertise include:
